Depending on the rate of moisture in the concrete slab, the TCF specialists will determine if a one-coat system of 100 percent solids epoxy or a two-coat system will be required to remove excessive moisture vapor in new or existing concrete. TCF has a solid proven track record (100% success rate) of providing a solution for dealing with high moisture levels, and has partnered with manufacturer’s Ardex , Koster and MAPEI to provide you with a combined manufacturer-contractor 10 year warranty on their work.
